Phoenix AZ, August 20th, 2021 – Coterie Advisors is continuing to grow at a rapid pace and we are looking to add an experienced professional to lead operations. The VP of Ops will be an integral part of our leadership team driving strategy, collaboration, innovation, and efficiency.

While insurance experience could be a plus, what matters most is being a proven operations leader who can wear multiple hats in a thriving and fast growing environment who knows how to:

• develop a team,

• manage relationships with clients, customers, and vendor partners,

• understand and leverage technology, and

• innovate and improve processes.

The candidate who can confidently take ownership of this role will be an important and valued contributor in our success.

This is a full-time salaried position in our Phoenix office located on Northern/16th Street. Our in-person work environment offers a laid-back office with trendy amenities like: a gym, yoga studio, outdoor seating areas, food trucks, and juice bar.
