Coterie Advisors Appoints Betty Boettcher as Vice President of Operations
Program manager for affordability-based medical plan strategies hires executive leader to ensure operational success during rapid growth
PHOENIX (September 20, 2021) — Coterie Advisory Group, Inc., a program manager, and consultative advisor who delivers Affordability-Based Medical Plan Strategies to help benefit brokers, employers, and associations in the benefits industry, today announced that Betty Boettcher has joined their organization as Vice President of Operations.
A proven leader of operations, marketing, and client services, Boettcher will call on her extensive experience to ensure that Coterie Advisors achieves operational excellence and delivers extraordinary client service to their broker distribution channels, vendor partners, and employer group clients. These services are core to Coterie Advisors value proposition which ensures that clients have a positive experience every time they interact with their company.

Prior to joining Coterie Advisors, Boettcher spent over 10 years as an entrepreneur who was instrumental in helping to build and manage Bedrock Financial Services, an insurance marketing organization, where she applied her expertise in leading operations but also took on the many different roles required to succeed.She has served in Director and Regional Manager roles for over 15 years with Marriott Vacation Club and Diamond Resorts where Boettcher was responsible for developing strategy and executing programs designed to grow their business units, increase market awareness, and align efficient operations.
